(BGO)- The provincial Executive Party Committee of Bac Giang province on December 1 organised its 10th regular meeting.
The meeting was co-chaired by Duong Van Thai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial delegation of National Assembly deputies, Le Thi Thu Hong, permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council and Le Anh Duong, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

The province’s economy has seen robust recovery in 2022 with highest GRDP growth rate ever. 17 out of 18 key targets have been fulfilled and exceeded the set plan. However, the economic growth tends to slow down, of which some sub-indicators failed to meet the plan.
Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Le Anh Duong stressed, although the year 2023 is predicted to face numerous difficulties and challenges, it will also open up many opportunities for the province to continue its development. Particularly, some industrial parks will be expanded, several giant foreign investors will come to seek investment opportunities and the agricultural production will be kept stable. Thus, it is necessary to boost land clearance to create land fund for investors while paying attention to removing obstacles related to mechanism, legal regulations, planning and administrative procedures.
Regarding the above-mentioned issues, the provincial Party Secretary Duong Van Thai stressed, related agencies need to provide accurate consultancy to help the localities to timely handle difficulties and obstacles. Specially, the levels, sectors and localities were urged to concentrate on removing difficulties and creating utmost favourable conditions for business development, which is considered a highlight in investment attraction of the province.

In his conclusion, the provincial Party Secretary Duong Van Thai requested the levels, sectors and localities as well as the provincial commissioners, head of the departments, agencies and unions to continue directing to speed up implementation of the assigned tasks and reach the set targets in 2022.
Of which, they need to pay special attention to the targets and assignments of low results and slow progress and key tasks assigned by senior authorities to fulfill in accordance with the set plans. Besides, they were urged to build resolutions, programmes and action plans in 2023 of their agency, unit and locality adhere to the reality in the spirit of innovation, highest determination to exceed the set targets of 2023.
In addition, the provincial Party Secretary ordered to have plan to prepare enough commodities and well manage prices to meet the people’s demand on the occasion of the New Year of the Cat 2023 (or Tet). The activities to visit, present gifts and care for policy beneficiaries, national contributors, poor households and especially disadvantaged cases must be well implemented ahead Tet. Besides, it is necessary to foster measures to guarantee security, order and safety at the end of the year and beginning of the New Year.
