Vietnam has wrapped up their SEA Games 31 run at the top of the medal table with 205 golds. Thailand came second with 92 golds and Indonesia third with 69.

After two weeks of sporting activities, the curtains came down on SEA Games 31 with an exuberant closing ceremony in Hanoi Monday night.
Hotels that hosted SEA Games athletes and other officials carefully prepared dishes fitting the diverse tastes and preferences, but guests also enjoyed Vietnamese specialties to the hilt.

badminton single event at the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games
31) were held on May 22 afternoon at Bac Giang provincial Gymnasium which
attracted thousands of spectators.
Vietnam narrowly defeated Thailand 1-0 in the final match at Hanoi’s My Dinh National Stadium on the evening of May 22 to take the gold medal in the 31st SEA Games men’s football event.
Vietnam will deliver the dearest and warmest farewell to regional friends during the 90-minute closing ceremony of the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) to be held at Hanoi My Dinh Indoor Athletics Arena on May 23 evening, according to Tran Ly Ly who is director of both opening and closing ceremonies of SEA Games 31.
