Guava in Trung village qualified with VietGAP standard

(BGO) – GLOBALCERT Certification Joint Stock Company
has issued certificate of VietGAP standard qualification to guava of Safe Guava
Production Cooperating Group in Trung village (Group), Hop Duc commune, Tan Yen
district (Bac Giang province) with validity till June 16, 2023.
The 67 member Group develops 10 ha of guava with estimated productivity of 350 tonnes of fruit per year.

The VietGAP certification to guava in Trung village not only helps local farmers produce the crop under high profession but also enhances the economic value and quality of dried product.
Bac Giang connects to help sell farm produce in pandemic hit areas
– Recently, apart from lychee, Bac Giang province has had many kinds of farm
produce at peak and short harvest time. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the farmers
find a lot of difficulties in consumption. The competent agencies,
organizations and individuals have taken great efforts to support the local
farmers to sell the farm produce.
Door opens wide to export Bac Giang’s farm produce
– Since early this year, the export of farm produce has gained positive signals
in the northern province of Bac Giang, offering the locality a chance to affirm
its position and role on the market.
Bac Giang supports linkages between production and consumption of farm produce
(BGO)- Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province has sent an official correspondence to request the departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment and people’s committee of the districts and city to concentrate on implementation of the Resolution of the provincial People’s Council on supporting linkages between production and consumption of farm produce in the province.
