Besides, the People’s Committee of the district is requested to coordinate with the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to make planning and scheme on construction of the relic site. The Department of Planning and Investment consults and allocates resources for the planning. The relic site of the Artists’ Hill will be connected with the Memorial Site of Uncle Ho’s 6 Teachings to the Public Security Forces at Nha Nam commune and some others to create a chain of tourist attractions in Tan Yen district.

After President Ho Chi Minh’s Call for National Resistance movement (19 December 1946), Cau Den hamlet (now Sau hamlet, Quang Tien commune, Tan Yen district) became an evacuation area for famous revolutionary writers and artists including Nguyen Hong, Kim Lan, Ngo Tat To, Nguyen Huy Tuong, Nguyen Dinh Thi, Do Nhuan, Tran Van Can and Ta Thuc Binh to continue their creative career serving the resistance war.

Currently, the house of writer Nguyen Hong is being preserved and embellished by his second son Nguyen Vu Giang. On his death anniversaries, a number of domestic and foreign writers, artists and visitors visit the house to pay tribute to the writers and artists who used to live here and created eternal works serving the national resistance war.
