Le Van Tien (born in 1990) is an active HCYU official with full enthusiasm. He is the HCYU Secretary in Tien Luc commune (Lang Giang district). Playing the role of the youth leader, he always sticks to reality, launches many activities to build and develop the youth union as well as expand the solidarity to gather youngsters.

He joined hands with the communal HCYU’s Executive Board to establish clubs to ensure social welfare and support the needy case. Typically, “Protect the Party’s ideological foundation” club is in charge of communicating and caring for local families of national contributors. “Youth do business” club aims to develop outstanding economic models of local youth members; provide job orientation and create job for the youth. “Dawn volunteer and charity” club is for vulnerable group.

Similarly, Tran Thi Bich Thuy (born in 1991) is now HCYU Secretary and Chairwoman of the Youth Federation in Ngoc Ly commune (Tan Yen district). She actively consults the communal People’s Committee to organize many youth tasks and projects. Also, Thuy and the communal HCYU’s Executive Board build HCYU working programme, youth and teenager movement in association with the task to develop local socio-economy, helping realize the target to bring Ngoc Ly commune become advanced new style rural commune in 2023.

Joining hands with local youth, the young official actively implements many creative models and local campaigns such as building “Three active” grass roots youth union (active to plan working scheme, active to consult, active to manage youth member); launching movement “Ngoc Ly youth builds new style rural” to contribute working days on youth projects like making mural road, cleaning canal and environment…

Ly Tu Trong Award is a noble honor from the HCYU Central Committee for the youth union officials with excellent achievement in HCYU, youth and teenager movement. The awarding ceremony is scheduled on the 92nd founding anniversary of the HCYU (March 26 1931 – 2023) in Hanoi.
