Robust and effective emulative movements

According to the report on patriotic emulation campaigns and reward in the period from 2015 to 2020 and orientation for 2020-2025 period, the patriotic emulative movement in the province in the past 5 years has seen positive changes which is strong motivation to gain remarkable results in various fields contributing to fulfilling socio-economic development targets, ensuring national defense and security, reinforcing the Party and political system and levelling up Bac Giang province into a comprehensively and dynamically developed province with many socio-economic targets ranked in the leading group in the northern mountainous and midland region and nationwide.

On behalf of the State President, Vice President Dang Thi Ngo Thinh presents first-class Labour Medal to former permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Bui Van Hanh and third-class Labour Medal to Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Tu Minh Hai.

In 2020-2025 period, Bac Giang will continue promoting its potentials and advantages for rapid, comprehensive and steady development with economic growth rate in top group nationwide and synchronous infrastructure with a focus on traffic, industrial and urban infrastructure. Besides, it is necessary to invest in education, health, cultural and social sectors while striving for simplified organization of the political system with effective performance and reinforcing the people’s solidarity bloc.

Continue emulation to build thriving and civilized homeland

On behalf of the leaders of the Party Committee, State and Central Council for Emulation and Reward, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh highly spoke on the achievements and efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Giang province in socio-economic development, national defense and security especially emulation and reward in the past 5 years.

The Vice President urged Bac Giang province to continue boosting studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style attached to the Central Resolution No 4 (the 11th and 12th tenures) on Party building and rectification and the Party’s regulations on responsibilities of the cadres and party members.

In launching the patriotic emulative campaign in the period from 2020 to 2025 with the theme “Solidarity, creativity to build more prosperous and civilized Bac Giang homeland”, the provincial Chairman Duong Van Thai called the party committees and governments at all levels, cadres, party members, soldiers, business community and people in the province to make great efforts to win more outstanding achievements.

Particularly, focusing on fulfilling the socio-economic development targets and tasks in 2021-2025 period, fostering emulation for comprehensive development in industrial, agricultural and service sectors and dramatically improving business climate while enhancing competitive capacity.

In addition, continuing to develop “Bac Giang enterprises’ integration and development” movement in line with “Good and creative labour” movement while accelerating the emulative campaign “Bac Giang makes joint efforts to build new-style rural areas”.
