A woman on a repatriation flight from Russia is Vietnam's latest Covid-19 case Sunday morning, bringing the tally of active cases to 58. "Patient 325" is a 34-year-old woman from northern Ninh Binh Province. She returned from Russia to Vietnam on Vietnam Airlines flight VN0062, which landed on Van Don Airport in northern Quang Ninh Province on May 13. The nation’s Covid-19 tally is at 325. Of these, 267 have recovered. There has been no Covid-19 death in Vietnam to date.

No new Covid-19 cases in Vietnam on Saturday morning
Vietnam began its fifth straight day without new Covid-19 infections Saturday morning, and day 37 without community transmission of the virus. The nation’s Covid-19 tally remained at 324 as updated Monday evening. Of these, 267 have recovered and 57 are active patients. Of the total number of infections to date, 184 are imported and the rest caused by community transmission. The last community transmission was recorded April 16.
 
No new Covid-19 cases in Vietnam on Friday morning
Officials cautioned the public against letting their guard down as Vietnam began day 36 without community transmission of Covid-19 Friday morning. With two Hanoi patients confirmed free of the Covid-19 Thursday, the number of active cases has gone down to 58. This means that of the total 324 infections recorded so far, 266 have recovered.
 
No new Covid-19 cases in Vietnam on May 21 morning
Vietnam began Thursday morning with no new Covid-19 infection, also recording the 35th straight day without community transmission of the novel coronavirus. The nation’s Covid-19 tally stands at 324 as updated Monday evening. Of these, 60 are active patients and the other 264 have recovered. Of the total number of infections, 184 were imported and the rest caused by community transmission, of which there has been no instance since April 16.

With no new case confirmed, Wednesday morning marked day 34 that Vietnam has begun without a new coronavirus infection caused by community transmission. The nation's Covid-19 tally now stands at 324, with 60 active and 264 having recovered. The latest recovery of a relapsed patient was confirmed Tuesday evening.
