(BGO) – According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of E- Commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) on June 2 sucessfully coordinated to 6 big e-commerce platforms in Vietnam, including Sendo, Voso (Viettel Post), Tiki, Shopee, Postmart (VNpost) and Cuccu to introduce Bac Giang lychee.
It helps Bac Giang special fruits access to domestic and foreign markets faster, wider and more suitable with selling method of 4.0 technology era.
Bac Giang lychees are sold at e-commerce platform Shopee.
Accordingly, the purchase and transport programmes on e-commerce transaction are specifically made and agreed under the method of express delivery (frozen truck and airline).
Before shifting to the platform, the batch of lychee must get the certificate of safe lychee batch that ensure the quality and disease preventive regulations.
Currently, the e-commerce platforms have prepared the commodity, transport and storage. As schedule in next 3 or 4 days, 6 platform will start selling Bac Giang lychee widely to customers across the nation.
To help farmers get used to e-commerce business, Sendo assigned staff to directly instruct them to livestream and introduce lychee on individual social networks such as facebook, tiktok, senlive...to practise transaction.
So far, Postmart, Voso and Cucu have sold more than 200 tonnes of Bac Giang lychees.
