(BGO) - The Vice Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Phan The Tuan on June 7 worked with Yen Dung district about the project progress to construct urban area, industrial parks and clusters and social welfare apartment.
The working delegation inspected the project implementation status at Yen Lu industrial park, Yen Lu industrial cluster, Nham Son - Yen Lu industrial cluster, Nam Tien new urban area in Dong Viet commune, social welfare apartment in Nham Bien town.

Concluding the event, PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan affirmed the importance of the projects in Yen Dung district to the provincial socio-economic development in general and to the district in particular, thus the district needs to collaborate in speeding up the projects to put in operation soon.
Yen Lu industrial park is key project of the province. When it is completed, it will help facilitate the investment attraction to Bac Giang. He urged Chairman of Yen Dung district People’s Committee to direct relevant divisions and agencies to accelerate the progress to meet the set plan, remove the obstacles; complete land leasing document in first period for 150ha by this November and second period by July 2023.

Local authority was ordered to promptly complete the list of recommended land for reclaimation and change of rice cultivation purpose on 2.5 ha at Yen Lu industrial cluster; complete the site work for this project in August 2022.
The social welfare apartment project in Nham Bien town has good execution schedule. He requested the district to cooperate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to consult and early hand over the land to project owner so as to commence the project in June 2022.
The provincial leader pressed that the departments and sectors must join hands with Yen Dung district to execute the project at the fastest and smoothest manner. The project investor needs to actively construct and protect the plane right after handing over to avoid re-encroachment, making difficult for the site work.
